Zumba with Steph every Wednesday evening at 5:30pm and Thursday morning at 9:30am!  It’s included in the Unlimited Monthly Membership.  Otherwise it’s $5 per class and walk-ins are welcomed!

Well, where should I begin? It all started with a Groupon deal that my friend wanted to try out, I was a little scared at first but went ahead and I went for it. A month went by and she left and I stayed. Now it’s ten months later and I could have not made a better choice to stay. Thanks to Pole Dance Miami, I have lost 25 pounds and I am loving my new body. I have made new friends, I feel sexy, and all around more confident in myself. Thank you ladies for everything you have done for me and pushing me to become the best that I can!!!! I don’t see myself ever leaving your side because you make me feel like I am a part of the PDM family. I love you all!!! XOXO!!!

March 2013  student of the month is Jackie!

When I first heard of “pole classes”, I was very intrigued so I was excited to see a deal come up on Groupon. I figured it wouldn’t hurt to try, after all, I drove by PDM almost every day on the way to work. Then the emotions kicked in. I was scared, anxious, nervous, intimidated, you name it! I held onto the Groupon for almost 6 months and it was about to expire before, forcing me find the nerve to schedule my first class. Even then, I sat in the parking lot for 15 minutes debating whether or not to even enter through the doors. The instructors and I now laugh about this because as soon as I got through my first Beginner 1 class, I was hooked. I had been working out for a long time and lifting weights but I had been looking for something to help me stretch, lean out, and be more feminine. Pole has been the answer. The pole gives me new fitness goals in a fun way (do you realize the ab strength it takes to invert your body?). The staff has been absolutely amazing in making me and everyone else feel comfortable and sexy at the same time. They’ve always been so great at meeting me where I am at and pushing me to places I had never imagined I would be. I feel my body changing for the better, and I feel more confident and sexier that ever. Thank you PDM!

February 2013 Student of the Month is Aileen!

I started PDM to add something else into my daily work out. I didn’t
think I would get any more out of it. I felt like anyone else did when
they first started. I was shy and thought “Oh God. What did I get
myself into ?” I thought I was going to fail miserably. To my
surprise, the instructors were awesome and patient. They take the time
to help and give pointers. Theres a sense of “girl power” in every
class. I’ve been pulled out of my comfort zone and could not be
happier. PDM has given me my confidence back. There is an extra
“Oomph” in my walk now. It’s safe to say I have gotten more then just
a work out. I am very proud to be part of the PDM family!

September 2012 – Michelle T

I love pole dance Miami and am truly thrilled all the hard work and what sometimes feels like torture pay off. I’ve seen results in myself esteem. It’s been an amazing experience. It’s like a big family. All the teachers are great amazing at what they do. They take the time to know your limitations and push to have amazing results. I love all the classes PDM has to offer from the awesome workouts to the fun dance classes. Thank you for all the support and for continuing to push me to do my best.

My experience at Pole Dance Miami has been personally rewarding on many different levels. Participating in a variety of classes has brought a significant change in my body and its core,  increased my flexibility and most of all it has boosted my confidence level allowing me to accentuate my sexiness. Never did I think walking into my first class that I would be able to do what I can today.   It is the instructor’s motivation and encouragement that pushes me to reach my maximum potential. Their passion for dance is contagious and inspiring which contributes to my excitement to attend class and continue learning and improving. This type of addiction is definitely worth having. The only thing that I would change is having found them sooner!!
